Customer resonse times
Between the hours of 8am – 6pm we operate a fully Managed Service Hotline on (Freephone) 0500 007 008 to answer enquiries from our customers. Outside of these hours, the service is managed by the networks directly (out of hours lost/stolen only) Within business hours, we offer a one-stop service that our hotline customer care officers will try to resolve the enquiries and problems of our customers in the first contact.

| Faulty Handsets/Devices | Minimum of loan replacement within 24 hours if booked before 4pm. Faulty handset will be sent for repair and returned to you within a week. |
| Replacement SIM | Next working day provided order is in before 4pm. (If stock held on customer site SIM swaps can be completed within 1 hour.) |
| Lost or Stolen Bars | Completed within 1 working hour |
| Service Bars | Completed within 1 working hour |
