Founded 20 years ago in 1989, Premier Mobile was set up by our Director Alan O’Brien who had previously worked for Marconi (one of the companies to invent the mobile phone!). Premier originally had a chain of 23 high street shops but when the networks began to launch on the high street, Premier realised business to business solutions were the way forward.

As a result, we were one of the first companies to help small to medium sized businesses get the best telecommunications deals. At that time mobile technologies were new, mobiles were the size of bricks and no-one really quite understood just how big the market would become. Premier got to know the networks from the start and took on clients who realised that using an independent broker with good links to the main networks meant they could get a more commercially competitive deal and their interests would be looked after.
